IKEA New Kitchen Planner

IKEA is one of the worlds' largest kitchen retailers. One of it's key growth enablers is the Kitchen Planner, giving customers the possibility to define their own kitchen and to define their own price. It's the essence of giving power-to-the-people. When the current software reached its end-of-life, I led a team of developers, scrum masters, product owners, architects and designers to develop- and globaly implement a state-of-the-art new planning tool that included auto-generated kitchen designs.
